The Rock County Clerk of Courts office provides service for Criminal, Traffic, Civil, Small Claims and Family matters. The Clerk of Courts provides the support staff for the Circuit Court and maintains the records for cases.Services provided by the Clerk of Court's Office:

legal actions, and pay filing fees.

The Clerk's office
contains a records viewing area where you can
search cases online using CCAP, or search printed
indexes, case files and judgment
records.
